life is a mystery

In front of a table with food on it under a tree, enjoying the cool breeze.
as am about to eat I closed my eye and saw more,
how the earth befriend death
to trade life for bread.
give them the best of trees and the nicest herbs, let them plant and harvest, let them sow and yield, let them walk on you with confident
and you do their wish with obedient.

when they thought they had it all, I death will strike.
and finally they will be put in the belly of the earth
then we feed on them as they feed on all u gave them.
consume their once flashy flesh in that casket till they turns carcass and the carcass turns dust.
so as the herd rear the cow, so does the earth rear me
as I eat all day so would the earth eat me someday.
but before I got fed on,
before the prey prey on the predator
before my soul evaporate
before I rust and turn dust
let me continue living.
