Life's worries on Hold.

These oculi have seen so much,
good and bad, right and wrong.
These ears have heard it all,
benediction and malediction.
This snout has smelt a lot,
fragrant and fetid.
These arms have carried a lot,
innocence and guilt, hope and despair.
These legs have walked so far,
through the journey of success and failure.
But right now, I am where I need to be,
Staring at the lulling sky,
Listening to the birds' symphonies,
Inhaling the sheer air,
Enjoying the zephyr and,
Walking barefoot on wet grass,
Feeling the vibrations of my energy first hand.
For a moment, I get to put life's worries on hold.
