LOST HOPE

Have you seen my country?
Have you heard the cries?
That wails over the giant
The stone that struck his eyes,
Sending him to the ground
Have you ever dreamt a dream
Which was put out in night?
By the fading hopes,
Of increasing freights
Putting all on a haste flight,
Against this monstrous sight
Have you met a father,
That robs his sons?
Gave them two penny,
Requesting ten in return?
Have you seen those children
The cracks in their belle
Those are the quakes,
That tore the three tribes
And a million many
Have you ever studied,
Under a dying candle?
How you squint your eyes,
In much struggle
In a literate land,
Turning into a jungle
I suffer this pain,
I still carry the stripes
I am the poor,
Heavy laden
Taxed by levies,
I barely rise
I am the poor in my land,
Yet I pay an alien's price
My faith diminishes
As chaos increases
I was once optimistic,
Now am beyond sick
I was once strong,
Now am deceased weak
Have you ever dreamt a dream,
Which was put out in a blip?
