I want to tell you that I have never forgotten
The days we smiled
The promises we made to each other
The sacrifices we foresaw
Nice meals we had together
Days we cried about our situation
Lesson we learnt from each other
Secrets we told each other
It might be years to you but it's like yesterday to me
You left me and took my soul with you
Sometimes I see you next to me even when you ain't around
I am jealous even before I know if truly you moved on
I wake up every morning to check my phone
To see if you maybe have sent me that message
To tell me you meant what you said to me then
I have failed to accept that I lost you for good
Even when all signs show your never coming back to me
Am lost, confused and i dont like this feeling!
