Everyone needs love
They'll do anything for it
But are they doing enough
Would they die for it
Just like Jesus did
On the cross of Calvary
To set captives free
And reconcile us wit God
Raised from the tomb
Like a child from the womb
First borned to the earth
Then from the earth
Though the earth tried keep him
He was still the living word
For three days the light went dim
But love is mightier than a sword
In order get love in return
You have to give up your own
It has no color or gender
Love is the greatest defender
