I am in love again
More than I have been in my whole life
I Never had faith in love at first sight
Until I saw poetry
I never believed in the power of touch
Until I held poetry
I never believed in words
Until I spoke poetry
And I am forever indebted
A whole lot from your love I have profited
Even without talent you made me feel gifted.
Poetry found me
And she loved me
For every time I am cold she hugged me
With her warm hugs she cuddles me
She gave her life to me
and with no hesitation she followed me
My life was dark, void and without form
My heart was broken, blank and without love
My eyes were wet with tear drops
I was perplexed with all my hope lost
Then you came in from nowhere
And gave me hope
She is God sent
She has given me what no other woman can give
She breathe in me what no other woman can breathe
She believes in me
And she gives me confidence.
And till death do us apart
I promise to be loyal, faithful and honest
