A love story
He can see her from a distance
He's captivated with no resistance
The world is quiet for a moment
No doubt she is heaven sent
He just wants to scream at the clouds
And he just wants to yell it out loud
My but you look so mesmerizing!
His body heat is rapidly rising
But as he walks in her direction
Slowly he gets a nervous condition
He's trying to speak but he's silent
If only his message could be sent
But the words don't come easily
If only he could speak more freely
He knows what he wants to say
But nothing comes out anyway
Just as he is about to give up
She stumbles into his coffee cup
And there it went onto the ground
Still so smitten he looks around
The lady is holding out her hand
I'm so sorry, what was your brand?
He seen she was holding some change
And thought I must not act strange
He sensed a kind of a connection
As they looked in each others direction
No need ma'am, it was almost done
He said calmly but do you have to run?
Her eyes sparkled a tiny bit just there
He said let's get a coffee somewhere
And with no hesitation she agreed
He thought what a great day it will be
And they talked together for hours
After he stopped and bought her flowers
They were married within the year
And today
They still call each other dear
