Love is chocolates and flowers.
True love is roses, compromise and forgiveness.
It is like the 'Q' tiled letter on a game of scrabble,
it's rare but the most valuable.
Love is simple. It flows, has pretence, is naive,
sometimes one sided.
Early stages give a perfect picture of heaven,
with it's unbelievable rewards.
But when its shallow self begins to fall in deep,
like the brain develops a tumor.
Distrust becomes a symptom of uncontrolled cell division to the brain, infuriated by the little lies told each day.
Lies, one after the other, pulled in by a heavy magnetic force to love's membrane.
A tumor of lies, secrets and dishonesty.
Love flees from this dire,
But true love forgives and at the chop of a hat, incurs massive debt in search for Chemo.
Who burns out all hypocrisy and secrets.
He isn't friendly, No! but trust and strong bonds are restored in it's last straw.
True love exists, just not for everyone.
