Love, yet so double edged!

Wintery nights
With summer stars
Like this beauty
In our fallen tongues
Often, we feel the cold
Amidst the glorious sun
We see hate across the world's canvas
And forget, it's only our hearts that are reflected!
We seek the love that destroys us
An error we refuse to amend
And so we bend--
Every truth or fact, from history or now, that speaks of men, that bled,
For this mystery called Love!
Love gives us illusions we'd die to protect
Actually, many have died. Many have cast down their souls upon the alters of vanity!
Well, love is also that light when the sun's gone. That stick navigating the blind.
But love is also..that Axe in your killer's hand.
