Went to town today
For I had bills to pay
Grocery shopping
Just walking
Than suddenly
It's all went black
The next thing I see
Is people in shock
Trying to get up
But went dizzy
There in a shop
I felt crazy
I was sweating
My body shaking
I was feeling weak
I didn't know I'm sick
Later at the doctor
Said it's low blood sugar
And told me to eat
If I wanna stay on my feet
