Lucid Dream

Lucid Dream
I shared my lucid dream with you—
you said it was nothing.

Then suddenly, I realized
I was asleep.

I tried to open my eyes—
but I couldn’t.
I gasped for breath,
I screamed,

yet no voice
came out.

Then I woke—
in sweat,
in tears.

No one was around.

I cried.
I walked.
I cut myself.

And then
I heard your voice:

“It’s just in your head.
Wake up.”

But—

I’m already

DEAD!
