Why mount the sandy beaches of Gaza strip with gun cannons?
While the youth could be collecting sea shells and catching sardines.
Why make waste the Glorious City of Jerusalem? The Holy City!
Why level to the ground the marble polished splendorous Mosque of Al Aqsa?
Breaking ancient artifacts annihilating traditions and severing ties.
Why pump bullets into a kin skin?
While you can pounder pumpkin and share among ourselves in Sukkahs.
Pass over brisket and watermelon while listening to Ataaba and Klezmer tunes.
Why should we fight over borders?
Why should River Jordan waters be filled with warring brothers blood?
Finally draining all the life into the Dead Sea!!
