A short while ago
A Mantel lay before me
Our captain preferred to perish
Swallowed by the turbulent sea.....
Go down with the ship
Was his battle cry
As we left the sinking ship
We knew the reason why...
His responsibility was to company
Under their banner we sailed
The captain had told us in his career
No crew was lost, ship has failed...
Out of the clouds a hand
Reached forth to the crew
That it was the Hand of God
Rescuing us out of the blue...
My mantle is to carry to the world
The word of our miracles story
For in all creation none are above
God, His Power and His glory...
Sailing under a new banner
We tell of a lesson learn
When in doubt, when all looks dark
To God is where you must turn...
