To her baby she made a promise, that she'd never let him go, a shingled roof and little fabric, from that she watched him grow. Lacking a father he desired attention, her faith she kept above, a mother that she proved to be, she then met the man she loves.
With knowledge her mother fed her, how to accept her daily bread, every sunday attending church, with prayer and tears she shed. Around the clock her father worked, supplying her every need, taught her life upon the Lord and how he sowed his seed.
The promise she made to her son, holds up to this day, as she never let him go, her heart forever he stays. With children now of her son, around her world revolves, in her family supplied the Lord, problems before have now been solved.
