She whispers " I love you."
So why hasn't she been true.
She did everything to make him look her way.
But he's leaving her today.
Did he know that she wasn't happy anymore.
But instead of fixing what went wrong, he is doing like he did before.
He is running away from what he's done.
Maybe, all he knows what to do is run.
He whispers " I loved you to."
But still wondering why you weren't true.
He gave her everything he had except his time.
He bought her rings that shined.
But all she really wanted was his love.
Something he couldn't give enough of.
