I saw her,
She was beautiful as ever,
Elegance unchanged,
I wanted to speak to her,
See her smile one more time,
Look into her eyes,
All i could do was walk away.
She was my past,
Although i wanted a future,
Everything happens for a reason,
She is so happy now,
I thought to myself,
I was never worthy,
I lost my chance.
Tears flowed,
my eyes raining,
Flowing constantly like a river,
You lost her i said,
I walked away,
my heart pounding like a drum.
I began to punish myself,
I lost myself,
Isolated me from the world,
Questions asking in my head,
Why?, how?,
things will never be the same.
Everything thing unanswered,
A unsolved puzzle,
Life and its mystery,
Everything happens for a reason,
Maybe we were never meant to be.
I look at the stars each night,
I gaze into the sky,
Answers i will never have,
Scars i have, pain through out,
Somethings in life will remain unsaid.
I lost the one i love,
Love is not for me,
If love is this cruel,
Alone i rather be,
My heart frozen with pain,
I walk alone!!!!!!!!!!
