Mental health is real and many people suffer,
Behind closed doors you'll be shocked by what you discover,
Hiding away because we fear nobody will understand,
Not many people will offer up a helping hand,
Endless nights of torment and fear,
Hoping tomorrow that you'll be free and clear,
Being labelled as a bad friend because you don't go outside,
They don't understand the reasons why you feel you have to hide,
Think before you speak and listen before you act,
Because mental health is serious and that is a damn FACT!!
