Mental health issues like schizophrenia, are a matter of fact,
But that's not to say, that they're a schizophreniac,
No more than people with cancer are cancerease,
We shouldn't equate the person, with the terrible disease.
In that way only stigma, fear and isolation arise,
When we see an illness first, not a human, behind those eyes.
