Seven years ago today,
We faced our greatest pain,
The decision to let you go,
And turn off life's support again.
Mom, it wasn't easy,
To say goodbye that day,
But we knew you needed rest,
And your pain had gone away.
The tears still flow, mom,
As we think of you each day,
But we take comfort knowing,
You're in a better place today.
Your spirit still shines bright,
In all the things we do,
We hold your memory close,
And always think of you.
So rest in peace, dear mom,
And know that you are missed,
But your love and legacy live on,
