I still miss you in the depths of everyday and throughout the night
I miss you in each moment in my life
When I close my weary eyes, a vision appears,
Your face, radiant and warm, erasing all my fears.
I'm stuck with the many memories we once shared
You left in an early time and i was completely unprepared
And now i wish i could go back in time
live again those moments when we were just two people whose laughters rhyme
And as time went on everyone moved forward and seemed to find their way
Perhaps they’re thinking during this whole time that i was walking with them day by day
But the problem is that i am not.. and i really want to be able to
But im still standing still, holding into you
In each passing moment, I search for your light,
Yet darkness surrounds me, a never-ending night.
Our cherished memories, now bitter and dear,
They ignite the ache, evoking every tear…
