She was scared of losing her way
I was scared too
This distance between us closed so suddenly
We had no clue what we were supposed to do
She was the happy,cheerful type
I was the complete opposite
Never really could build my confidence
When we struggled she was the first to say it was alright.
Where did she go?
How long has she been missing?
Moving from body to body
But, I can feel my heart slowly freezing.
Drown her out they say
This feeling will go away soon.
Maybe it was my fault
My insecurities became our doom.
Maybe she was ready to leave all along
I just didn't see it until it was too late
Will these feelings really go away?
I really don't think anything will be able to take her place.
