pride in my mistakes
that stacks up so tall
rock climbers knees shakes
as they imagine their fall
continuelly rolling from one mistake to another
but little do they know
I've been falling for years, so for me it's no bother
So I keep climbing, keep adding, until it overflows
Each night I brave my mountain
with oxygen tank at hand
reaching ever higher, again and again
Because I won't die here without that prize so grand
because I know I'll reach that moon
glowing, inticing me to reach further
So I build a wall of flaws that I'm sure will reach there soon
and if it crumbles, well
I'll happily build another
