MISTLETOE
It's past mistletoe season but you're the reason I keep believing, the reason I don't feel like I'm tiptoeing through the seasons.
Life can be a mission when we're missing each other. And I feel like you've gotten a miss, not really a mistress so I won't stress because our light still beams throughout the night.
My heart feels hot and rotten but yours is soft like cotton, I'll see you at the cottage by the lakeside tonight.
Until then, I'll write... After I've recieved your quiet letter, letting me know that you're also not tiptoeing through the seasons.
