Modern poets, with screens aglow,
Craft verses that ebb and flow,
With words that dance and spin and twirl,
In a digital, interconnected world.
No longer bound to pen and paper,
Their art is bolder, braver, greater,
Exploring themes both new and old,
Their thoughts and ideas, bold and bold.
They capture the essence of the times,
With rhyme and reason, rhythm and rhymes,
Expressing fears, hopes, and dreams,
In language that glows, bursts, and beams.
Their words are shared with the world,
Through tweets, posts, and stories unfurled,
A universal language that unites,
A chorus of voices that ignites.
Modern poets, you inspire and ignite,
With words that pierce and take flight,
May your verses always find a way,
To brighten, enlighten, and sway.
