Mom, a beautiful woman she is,
Her sweet embrace is what I miss.
On December 15th, she will be turning 84 years old.
A beautiful soul, is what I am told.
I can't wait to spend some good quality time with her again.
She is my mother, she is my friend.
Laughing and talking about the good old days.
Every word she whispers, every word in praise.
We always have a great time together.
That's why these moments I hold in my heart, forever.
I know one day we will part,
But until then, she's a great big piece of my heart.
