When lunch period started, Trenti and Staci walks to the cafeteria together. "I really can't wait to see my surprise. I've been dying to know what it is," she said.
"Trenti smiles. It seems so much easier for Trenti to forget what all that happened in Mr. Baker's house. All Trenti did was borrowed some money from him, he was going to pay him back at the end. He just had an heart attack and Trenti thinks it is all his fault, and he has so many regrets for taking that man's money. He should of just saved up on the money that Rob was giving him every week he thought. But another question appears in his mind. "How could it be my fault? Maybe it was not the money that made him have a heart attack. And how could Rob actually know that for sure? If Mr. Baker kept badgering about the missing money, it could have just be a coincidence. I know he told me Mr. Baker had all timers and that he often forgets things and not so much aware of what's going on. Maybe he just didn't know what he was talking about, but Mr. Baker was his best friend ever since childhood that he had to escape his abusive father just to go to Mr. Baker's home and stay safe until he leaves. But if Mr. Baker was his best friend, why I didn't see him cry? I know I would have if I've known someone who took care of me a lot when if my family was horrible, I know I would have l broke down and cried if I was in Rob's footsteps, but I didn't see him sad at all, that's kind of strange, but I know everyone grieves in a different way, so it probably isn't nothing."
