The next day the Agarwals has gone to the police station to give the detective the note book Mala found in Rob's closet in which they think is evidence. The detective were scanning through the note book. "This doesn't prove anything," the detective said putting the book down on his desk.
"What? It does, his confession is written at the end," Mala explained.
"We need physical evidence that proves he killed Michael Baker. A wtitten confession won't convict him, we need hard evidence that has prints on it, but I demand you miss Mala to stand down from on this case. Let the detectives handle this matter. You can get into a lot of trouble engaging in an investigation," he said.
"Did you hear him Mala?" Abe asked.
"Yes," she said.
"And you won't be going on messing with the investigation right?" he asked demandingly.
"Yes," she said, tilting her head downward in ashame.
