Mommy, Take Me Back Home 2 Part 33

Trenti had to explain to his parents that he is staying after school everyday for a few hours to study and focus, and they believed him and allowed him to do that.
The next day after school, Trenti walks with Rob to Mr. Baker's house, and Rob has a spare key under Mr. Baker's door met. They both saw Mr. Baker sleeping in his red chair with his 1950s television vintage in front. The TV is low in volume and it is on the show called "Texas Ranger."
"Mr. Baker?" Rob calls out but he did not answer. "Oh I forgot to mention, he sleeps a lot so you will be in good hands, but you must always keep a watch on him even if he does sleep," he informs.
"Gotcha," Trenti said.
"Okay well, I'll be across the street if you need me," he said walking towards the door.
"Thanks for this job Rob," Trenti said.
"No prob, see you later," he said leaving out.
Trenti is happy that he finally got a job so that he can save up $300 or more to buy Staci the necklace. He watches the old man sleep and snores with an irritating loud sound.
Trenti glances at the brown wooded rectangular table, and sees a black pocket wallet next to a plastic flower plant. There it sit, with loads of green paper inside. Trenti is getting tempted by the tons of 100 dollar bills stashed inside. "Nah that wouldn't make sense if I'm going to make some money already. I shouldn't take it, it would be wrong, even if I couldn't make any money it would still be wrong," he thought.
Trenti never stoled anything in his life, but this maybe the moment where he has to make that decision if he wants to get the girl he wants. "But what good would the money do to him? He is an 80 year old man who is never aware on what is happening, and he always sleeps and Rob said he has all timers but this could be a chance for me to take some, it would be just a few bucks, nothing more. This will add up the money that I'm working for fast," he said to himself in his head.
He is shaking, and slowly ambles to the table and picks up the fat wallet. He takes out some fifties, tens, and twenties. He starts counting them, and there is more in the wallet, but he stopped and did not take any more money out.
"I know Lord Ganesha is looking down at me right now saying I'm a thief and I'm breaking the rules of my culture, I know stealing is wrong but please Lord Ganesha, I will pay this old man back when I know I've made enough money."
Trenti puts the money into his pants pocket, and places the wallet back onto the table next to the plant where it was before. He has to buy that sparkling necklace before someone else tries to step in and gets it for her. All Trenti can think of is putting that necklace on Staci's neck and seeing her exultant smile with joy and satisfaction.
