The detectives had Mr. Perkinson's office surveillance for some weeks now. They did not find any activities going on in his office near the the basement area. The next month Mr. Richardson hires a project investigator to follow Mr. Parkinson, and when he did, the investigator saw him with a young girl who lives around his area and she is a teenager who goes to that school. He was arrested for rape and having sex with underage girls and was accused of sexual abusing them.
