When Trenti snuck out of the house to meet up with Staci at Chop Suey restaurant. He sits in the far back and when he sees her walk in, she is wearing a baseball shirt, black cap, and jogging pants. Not the kind of style she normally wears. Her outfit today is more like a out fit you go to sleep in, but Trenti did not care, she still looks hot to him in anything she wears.
"Hi Trenti," she said smiling and pulls out her chair and sits. "So what's going on with you? Please tell me," she said concerned.
"I feel much better since you're here with me now," he said smiling and glares at her. If you hungry, I could order some fried rice or something," he said.
"I'm not hungry, I ate a big loaded veggie salad," she said.
"That sounds really not so delicious," he said sarcastically.
"Hahahaha, well I'm not much of a meat eater, but every now and than I would," she laughed.
"You a vegetarian?" He asked.
"No, I said I eat meat every once in awhile, but not too often," she explained.
Trenti goes inside his coat pocket and pulls out the small jewelry box.
"What's that? Oh my God, is that what I think it is?" She asked getting excited.
"Here, open it," he hands it to her.
"Finally she grabs the box swiftly and yanks off the lid letting it fall to the floor. Her hands are now inside the box, pulling out the magnificent shining necklace that looks exactly how he bought it from the first day.
"OH MY GOD, ooh," she yelled out realizing she is in a restaurant that she could not talk so loud.
"Trenti, this is making me melt, this is all what I dreamed of, thank you!! She said, throwing her arms around his neck and starts kissing him all over his face, and he is loving it. This is the best special moment of his entire life. Staci now turns back to the necklace and puts it on. "I will be back, I want to see how I look in the restroom mirror." She was gone no more than five minutes and returns back. "Oh Trenti I feel like a queen wearing this!"
Trenti grins happily. "I'm so glad you like it."
"It's the best gift I ever gotten. Oh Trenti I love you so much. You're the greatest boy in the whole world!! She said hugging and kissing him, and those words really made Trenti melt hard inside that he has gotten his first compliment from a girl. But now Staci glances at her watch and says, "Oh gosh, I have to get home, I have to study, and work on my English paper," she said.
"Okay, let's go home," he said.
"We can be together forever, I love you," she said.
Saying "I love you" just made Trenti excited and special.
After Staci went home first, Trenti felt alone all over again on the bus. She was gone, and he is wept by loneliness and emptiness. Everything he has been through for the past five weeks has vanished when she was in his sight. Now it is returning. The excitement of purchasing the necklace, the joy of giving it to her, and the fantasies about how she would react. Staci has her special necklace now. She thanked him and kissed him a lot, but he still feel alone now riding back home on the bus at night.
