The family function is now over, and the children have to prepare for school in two weeks. They have to make sure they have all the school supplies they need. They gathered the bag packs, folders, notebooks, pencils, pen, markers, erasers etc...
The children knew they would be fond of their school since they are fond of their neighborhood.
"I can't wait for school mommy," Martia said.
"I'm sure you can't dear," Khara said.
"I can't wait either, I'm sure I will find some friends there, the kids around here is cool," Trenti said.
The first week of school came, and they all picked up their bag packs that was stationed by the door.
"You ready kids?" Abe said to the children.
"YEES," they all replied.
"Well let's hit the road jacks," he said, directing them out the door first, and leaves out after them. As they all got into the long five door SUV truck, Martia starts to sing a song called "Ten Little Indians."
"One little, two little, three little Indians
Four little, five little, six little Indians
Seven little, eight little, nine little Indians
Ten little Indian boys.
Ten little, nine little, eight little Indians
Seven little, six little, five little Indians
Four little, three little, two little Indians
One little Indian boy."
"WHY ARE YOU SINGING THAT OLD STUPID SONG?" Trenti asked, getting annoyed.
"Because I like it, One little, two little, three little Indians
Four little, five little, six little Indians
Seven little, eight little, nine little Indians
Ten little Indian boys.
Ten little, nine little, eight little Indians..." Getting cut off.
"PLEASE SHUT UP," he said, placing both of his hands over his ears.
"AYE WHAT'S GOING ON BACK THERE?" Abe yells out while driving.
"MARTIA KEEPS SINGING THAT OLD STUPID INDIAN BABY SONG SHE USED TO SING GOING TO KINDERGARTEN," he informs.
"Let her sing it if she wants, she's excited on her first day of school," Abe said.
"BUT THIS ISN'T KINDERGARTEN, THIS IS HIGH SCHOOL, AND YOU'RE TOO DARN OLD TO BE SINGING THAT SONG MARTIA, YOU'RE 13 YEARS OLD, NOT 3 YEARS OLD, GROW UP. JOSEQ IS 12 AND HE DON'T ACT LIKE A BABY," he said, getting angry and shouting.
"TRENTI, YOU DON'T TALK TO YOUR SISTER THAT WAY, NOW APOLOGIZE,"
"I'm sorry I said that Martia,"
"That's okay, I accept your apology, One little, two little, three little Indians
Four little, five little, six little Indians
Seven little, eight little, nine little Indians..."
"OH MY GOD," Trenti said, getting irritated all over again covering his ears with his hands.
"WE ARE ALMOST HERE GUYS," he said loudly, turning onto one block.
