"मॉम, ये बहुत बढ़िया है!" Martia yelled out.
"मैं जानती थी कि ये तुम्हें ज़रूर पसंद आएगा बेबी! और तुम सब क्या कहते हो?" She asked.
They were speechless, and nodded their heads. They did not have to answer their mother, she know they are fond of their new home. Khara has a big beautiful smile on her face moving from room to room. The living room is massive and holds three gold color couches and a rainbow lamp. The floors are a black marble color and the curtains are shiny gold, and the walls are light pink.
All the children wandered around the house in excitement.
"अब मैं गृह प्रवेश चाहती हूं। तुम क्या सोचते हो बेबी?" She asked looking directly at her husband.
"गृह प्रवेश? वाकई?" He asked, shocked.
She nods her head. "क्यों नहीं बेबी, ये हम सबके लिए एक अच्छी शुरुआत होगी, बच्चों के लिए ये एक बढ़िया शुरुआत होगी, हम इतनी दूर बाहरी लोगों की तरह चले आये। हमें इसकी जरूरत है, इस नयी जिंदगी की शुरुआत की, शुक्र है तुम्हारा और तुम्हारी अमेज़न की नौकरी का। जानते हो बच्चों को अगर ये घर इतना पसंद आया है तो उन्हें अपना नया स्कूल और भी ज्यादा पसंद आएगा," she said, smiling.
"तुम्हारे लिए कुछ भी जान! बच्चे अपना स्कूल ज़रूर पसंद करेंगे, ये जगह अच्छी मालूम होती है। तो..गृह प्रवेश का क्या कहती हो? सनकी परिवार को बुलाओगी, हम्म?" He asked.
"सनकी परिवार?" She asked.
"हां, तुम्हारा कजिन विनीत, तुम्हारे अंकल जयंत? वो पूरे पागल हैं। तुम जानती हो वो पियक्कड़ हैं, झगड़ालू हैं, पूरे के पूरे जंगली वनमानुष।" he states.
"हाह, चलो भी,और तुम्हारे भाई सुमित का क्या?" She asked.
"सुमित?" He asked.
"जी, सुमित, वो सनकी आदमी जो बस मांगता ही रहता है। काम भी करता है कोई?" She asked being curious.
"हां उसके पास दो नौकरियां हैं," he said.
"तो फ़िर वो सबसे पैसे क्यों मांगता है?" She asked.
"अब इसमें क्या कहूं, वो बस ऐसा ही है। सुमित की आदत ही है ऐसी।" he said.
She sighs. "ठीक है, मैं चली खाना बनाने, खाते वक्त हम गृह प्रवेश पर बातें करेंगे।" she said, walking towards the kitchen.
Three hours later, dinner is finally ready. Instead of the Agarwals eating at the table, they eat their dinner on the floor by the wide window. Abe and Joseq moves the big dinning table over to the left side of the room. Khara puts the dishes on the floor neatly.
"वाह, राजमा चावल! वो भी दाल मखनी के साथ! अब ये हुई ना बात मॉम!" Mala said smiling.
They all are together on the floor, and before they eat, they say a prayer.
