"So Mara, I'm about to order the pizzas, so what type of pizzas do you guys prefer?" Kathy asked.
"Cheese pizza, I can't eat sausage," Mala said.
"Okay let me get my note pad to write this down. Okay one large cheese pizza for you Mala, and what about you Mara?" She asked, grabbing her notepad that lying on top of her chest drawer.
"Uhm, sausage and cheese is good for me," Mara said, not feeling hungry since she heard that shocking news.
"One large sausage and cheese for you, and a medium size sausage and cheese for me," Kathy said, while she writes.
"Cheese sticks and bread too?" Kathy asked.
"Oh yes please order those too," Mala said.
"Sodas?" Kathy asked.
"Juice?" Mala asked.
"They only sell sodas," Kathy informs.
"We don't drink sodas, only water or juice," Mala informs..
"That's fine guys, I have lemonade and water in the fridge," Kathy informs. Kathy orders all the food, and delivery arrived in 15 minutes.
"So guys, what's the topic?" Kathy asked.
"The topic I came up with is A Tribute to Disney," Mara informs.
"So what sorts of shows or movies do you want to talk about?" Kathy asked.
"I was thinking the movie Zootopia is what I wanna talk about because of their amazing work and the influence they gave us throughout our childhood," Mara explains.
"What about you Mala?" Kathy asked.
"Well the movie I choose is Mulan," Mala informs.
"Ooooh, I love that movie with
the Japanese lady with the sword," Kathy said, getting excited.
"Yeah I wanna mention in our presentation is how female gender role plays in that movie regarding to society," Mala explains.
"That sounds good, so my part I want to do is talking about The Proud Family movie," Kathy said.
"Oooh I used to love that show, and yes the movie was great," Mala said, smiling.
"Yeah it was, sad it doesn't come on anymore. But the show I always used to watch were Even Stevens..." Kathy said.
"OHH YEAH," Mala said, loudly.
"LIZZIE MAGUIRE, That's So Raven, Suite Life of Zack And Cody was my favorite all day," Kathy informs.
"OH YEAH, I thought Zack was the hotest," Mala said.
"OH YEAH, TOTALLY," Kathy said,
"The reason why I chosen The Proud Family movie is because The movie and show central theme was focused on a black cast, and the emphasis the show promoted diversity and jokes we all can laugh at, so we have so much work and effort we have to do in order to nail it, we need to keep practicing what we gonna say at least for two hours every day after school until presentation day arrives," Kathy informs.
They all agreed to practice their presentation everyday after school for two hours even on the weekends as well. They had did so much practice and made sure their speaking grammar was on point by incorporating large vocabulary into their speeches.
