When Kathy drops them back home, Mara stayed silent all the way to the house, and Mala was becoming skeptical of why were she quiet.
"Are you okay Mara?" Mala asked, touching her arms.
"Yeah I'm fine Mala," she said.
"Are you sure, you know you tell me anything right?" Mala asked.
"NOW WHO THE HELL SHE THINK SHE IS ASKING ME IS I'M OKAY? Mara thought to herself. No I'm fine sis, thanks for asking," she said, putting on a front to make it seem like she is doing good.
When they got inside, Mara ambles to her room suddenly, and when she went into her room, she starts to take deep breaths. "I AM SOO CONFUSED RIGHT NOW AND ANGRY AS FUCK, WHY DIDN'T MALA TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT HER ALMOST GETTING RAPED? BUT SHE TELLS A NON RELATIVE KATHY'S WHITE ASS ABOUT HER DEEP FEELINGS AND POURING OUT HER SORROWS TO HER AND NOT ME? I AM GOING TO KILL HER. Okay Mara calm down, just calm down, everything is going to be fine, all you need to do is just be honest with myself and her to get to the bottom of this because this is a serious matter," she said, to herself with her voice coming to a calm mode. "So whenever she comes in here I will talk to her with honesty," she said.
