My heart flutters light, dreaming we’ll be wed,
Eyes gleam and flicker like starlight spread—
The moon itself’s head over heels in thrall,
Your lips so sweet, like honey on my palm!
Petals glistening, with honeycomb’s warm gleam,
Skies drift with promises, soft as a dream—
"The moon is beautiful," I whisper low,
