At the beginning of my day you appear in my mind
First thing that pops into my head is thoughts of you
Visions of us holding hands as we walk side by side
These images have intensified by things that you do

Periodically throughout my day you emerge in my brain
A silhouette boldy standing there with long flowing hair
The perfect curves and angles of your body show through
It's like I'm in a trance , frozen , so still watching with care

In the evening and at night I fantasize about seeing you
Saying goodnight to you and have a good sleep darling
Wishing to wrap my arms around you as we drift away
