I'm not satisfied with only being good,
Giving my all and taking a pat on the back,
Complacent within my place,
Never extending my hand or trying to be great
That's just not in my character,
I'll always give it my all,
In hopes that you'll see that,
Average isn't a part of my repertoire
I was made for more than you could see,
And so were you,
So I enlighten you with this motivation,
Strive to be more than you are now
Don't fall back into your patterns,
Realizing that you're stuck in a sunken place,
From not believing in yourself enough,
To know that it's not Why you were born
We were all put here for more than good,
Some just realize it before others,
But I'm here to tell you, that you can do it,
So when you're feeling down
Remember,
You were put here to be great,
So don't settle for less,
And go achieve your dreams.
