It comes and it goes
From making friends to banning foes.
Sometimes it lasts for a while
Sometimes it can even make you run a mile.
When you lose it your life crumbles
You feel lazy and you begin to mumble.
Everyone needs it no matter how perfect we think we are
Whether we are young or old it helps us raise the bar.
It gives us mind blowing charisma
And helps us out of any dilemma.
In it's absence there is indifference
In its presence there is diligence.
What would we do without this natural drug?
I guess we would stay in bed all day and shrug.
