my bedtime prayer

now I lay me down to rest I pray the lord my soul be blessed with love, laughter and peace abound let me soul feel safe and sound watch over my family, wrap them in love give them peace that comes only from above and if I should never draw another breath I pray my soul goes to heaven upon my death that I open my eyes and see God's face that I feel His love and warm embrace that my family feel no sorrow for me for praise God I now sit upon your knee.
