As I open my eyes to a bright light
Everything becomes so clear and closer to winning my fight
You see I was blinded to my own desires
Those were not his plans, they were the ones I required
The smoke is clearing and the clutter is beginning to loosen
Now I am questioning myself why and what was I doing!
Making choices of your own knowing you are proned to make a mistake
You have given the enemy the power to take what he wanted not being awake
A lesson allowed also a lesson learned
Teaching you to stay away from fire that will burn
Now that Im sheading from this shell
I've took a huge step back from falling in hell
He kept me and protected me, for he knows me better than I know myself
How wonderful it is to know when to ask for help
God I thank you for always being right there for me
No longer stumbling, walking straight to my destiny!
