I did a DNA test
And sent it far away.
Overseas.Across the sea
To the USA.
And now I am awaiting
For the results to be returned.
And I just cannot wait for the outcome
To be confirmed.
I am white and I am British.
And I am Jewish too.
Many of my ancestors came from Poland.
Some from Russia too.
But what I don't know will be revealed.
Nor do I know when.
So I must wait in anticipation
Until then.
