It started with a long lonely night
Me and Mom had a fight
Those days when she was all I had
And the loneliness used to make me sad
My anger lead me to the terrace
One glance at it and the moment to cherish
So it was what we call the moon
What I saw within was a good fortune
There was something about that magical ball
I wasn't alone when I had nobody at all
I looked as if it was all I had
And nothing ever is gonna make me sad
We talked and talked in our secret code
And we could continue without ever getting bored
It asked me why I was so sad
The darkness isn't all and I was glad
What he said was as beautiful as it sounds
Sometimes it's gonna be dark around
But you will have to looked up
You have to face everything but never give up
And I'm here to tell you that
You will shine out of any trap
It's dark for a reason
but the brightness above should capture your vision
Look within my infinite light
If you see past the darkness you deserve the light
