I have known her since my youngest daughter was one.
Oh how the years have come and gone.
23 years is enough to do some wrong.
She lit up my life in a weird kind of way.
With her smile and just being okay.
We lost touch for awhile,
But you came back and had a child.
I was amazed my dear friend.
Thank God our friendship never came to an end.
From that day on we kept in touch,
We hung out,
That's what our friendship was about.
Now 24 years later, and we are as close as ever.
We vowed to never lose touch again, we are good friends together.

We find the time to catch up with what was in store.
