As I watch these grandbabies of mine mature and grow
There is one thing I absolutely without doubt know
I was always love and protect them no matter what the cost
Without these wonderful little humans I would be totally lost
They mean everything to me even more than I can say
I hope they know and feel this love each and every day
I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart
For teaching me even old dogs can learn things make a new start
I used to drink and get totally out of control
The alcohol had a strong grip on me it was taken its toll
Then they can into my life and miraculously saved me from destruction
Thank God for these little people who unknowingly changed me and started new construction
Not only in my life and heart but my husbands heart too
And to these amazing children we will always be thankful and completely devoted to you!
