I tried my best to make you understand.
What happened to us,
We used to be so in love.
We must of lost one another,

Somewhere along the way,
one of us just couldn't stay.

just to be untrue.
I don't know if you realize how much I cried.
I stopped believing, I caught you in your lie.
With all this turmoil between you and me,
It's better I set you free.
We had different love stories to tell.
Why did you put me through hell.
you could of just let me go.
It would of hurt for awhile but eventually my heart would know.
