My Hell Escalates On Your Stairway To Heaven

I waken tolled,
whored out of soul and body, morose and cold;
transfusion with my demons
laid shameful and bare,
a fervent angel rising, collecting prayers;
disgusted by my cheapness
          my woes, enslave a head disembodied;
          erupt callowed,
          my private time of brooding
long for the blur,
I can not sear much longer, maggots to burns;
my cacophony of weakness
bury me with the dead,
weep and decay in silence, catching breath;
so I might find your Jesus
          my woes, a darkness whispering fondly;
          unbetrothed,
          my private time still looming
