Your brother and I have been friends from ages.
Seeing you after 10 years,
I recognise you instantly, my little sister.
You have grown so fast and you are as beautiful as a snow princess.
It reminds me of the good old days when we were young.
Your grandmother with her aging skin and her hair truning white and wearing her white shirt and her frock covered with flowers.
You tagging along with her as she comes to playground and starts shouting in konkani , however I didn't understand the language. But exactly knew what she meant.
I remembered your grandma as an stong individual lady who brought up her child and also raised you.
I miss the sweets your grandma made.
On this wonderful day that you are getting married.
The rain gods have opened up to quench the mother earth twist.
The gods of lighting and thunder are performing a parade for my little sister.
I can see the trumpets playing, the crew of musicians in order walking creating music which is fit for the gods for you.
All the gods are here to give you there blessing.
