My Purple wedding gown
Since I was a little girl
Though little but precocious
I've been thinking about my wedding
How purple and bright it will be.
I dreamt of my gown
A purple gown with lace and flowing
accents made of pearl
With 'rosy milky' smell
smooth to touch and glows in the sun.
I'm now a mature bride
that little girl of her mother
with sparkling eyes
curvy curves that curve my waist
So irresistible for 'boys'
Will I still use a purple gown?
Mum said God forbid!
A dream shattered?
the floating gown on broken toys
Now I'm married
Or now I'm with kids
whose father remains unknown
Another dream shattered?
