There were many areas to find
and zones to seek.
Finally i found my quiet place;
All is calm
All is peaceful
All is serene
All is tranquil.
It is my little secret and I love it because it is my own.
No one can know,
No one can see it nor be in there.
You have to be really special to be there since only I have the key to the door.
It is as placid as a cool spring day.
The world is viewed from a mountaintop, creating a powerful moment for anyone.
The sound of a babbling brook fills my ears with a harmonious melody.
The trees rock to the soft breeze's gentle lullaby
The crisp green grass crunches beneath my feet.
A chorus of birds rejoice in the coming of a beautiful day.
The sun's smile warms my skin and the cloud, like a herd of sheep, graze in a large blue meadow.
So here is my quiet place
My little comfort kingdom
My solitary throne
It is where I go to be myself if I feel I cant be.
It is where all my dreams and hopes are.
It is where I go to think and make all my choices.
It is where I go to have a moment of peace from the worldly things.
It is where I feel no trouble only hope and happiness.
It is where my heart space feels as soft as sweet baby's kiss.
With my whole heart and soul I do declare there is nothing compared to my quiet place.
