There it's no reason for my absence in her life
But it absolutely was the reason for my struggle and my strife.
There is no good reason why I didn't step up to the plate.
But she is absolutely the reason I knew I should wait
there are countless reasons for my love for her
She is the purpose to my life, the very reason I am here im sure.
I will not sit here and apologize for the things I have done
It is in those mistakes for which today I can not run
But I will not sit here and make excuses either for the mistakes I have made
For they are the stepping stones in which I have laid
I can not logically tell you why
All i know is that for this little girl I would die.
There is a reason I was put here to live.
That reason is to protect and provide her the beready life I can give.
